Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in the Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions and includes all information we provide on how to enter and prizes available. By submitting an entry into the Competition, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only entries that comply with these terms and conditions will be considered valid and eligible to win.

COMPETITION PERIOD

3. The competition commences at 9am AEST on 17/06/2022 and ends at 12midnight on 31/12/2022 (Competition Period)

WHO CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION

4. You are eligible to enter the Competition if you are:

4.1. A resident in Australia; and

4.2. Aged 18 years or over (Eligible Entrants)

4.3. Feed your dog The Butcher’s Dog

4.4. Have a public social media profile and will maintain a public social media account for 12 months after winning

4.5. Not affiliated with other pet food companies

4.6. Committed to promoting and creating regular content for The Butcher’s Dog

4.7. Not an ineligible entrant

INELIGIBLE ENTRANTS

5. If a winner is under 18 years of age, then the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to award the prize to the winner’s parent or guardian and to require that the parent or guardian execute such acknowledgement, indemnity and release as reasonably require din the circumstances.

6. Ineligible person means any director, manager, employee of the Promoter, retailers, suppliers, associated entities and agencies associated with the Competition, or any immediate family member of any of those persons.

7. If winner is unable to fulfill requirements to receive their 50% discount or shares their unique 50% discount code with friends, family and others, the Promoter has the right to terminate the prize immediately.

PRIZE

10.1 50% off The Butcher’s Dog raw meals for up to 12 months from winning competition.

10.2. 20% off first purchase discount to share on social media and with friends and family for up to 12 months.

10.3. 1 x The Butcher’s Dog merchandise pack valued at $10.

10.4. Be rewarded per new customer who uses their unique 20% off friends and family discount code (1 x discount code can be used per customer.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPEITITON

11. To enter, Eligible Entrants much during the Competition Period

11.1. Share a post of their pet and their favourite product or delivery from The Butcher’s Dog on their public Instagram account and tag @thebutchersdogau and #thebtuchersdoglegends.

REQUIREMENTS TO CONTINUE PRIZE

12. To continue to receive a 50% discount off meals and 20% off discount, winners must be able to:

12.1. Post a minimum of 1 x post per month + 4 x stories per month, tagging @thebutchersdogau and #thebutchersdoglegends to enable The Butcher’s Dog to share content onto their own platforms.

12.2. Maintain a public Instagram account so that content can be shared to The Butcher’s Dog owned social media and website.

12.3. Able to provide access to data including google analytics, social media analytics, screenshots and anything else which can help to measure campaign success.
