Orders are delivered in temperature-controlled vans to ensure our food gets to your house fast and in perfect condition to the Sydney Metro area.

• Monday to Friday
• Shipping fee of $15: When Food or Treats value is under $99
• Shipping fee of $9.50: when food or treats value is between $100 and $149
• Free Delivery: When Food or Treats value is over $150

Please note: Apothecary items cannot be purchased to take an order value over $150

*Some Sydney Metro areas are charged at Regional area rates depending on location.

We have partnered with a chilled courier company to deliver to Greater Sydney as far as Canberra, Kiama & the Central Coast.

Please note: We are continuously looking to expand our delivery service areas, however, we are limited to where our chill chain courier partners service.
