We have our own temperature-controlled vans to ensure our food gets to your house fast and in perfect condition to the Sydney Metro area.

Please note: Apothecary items cannot be purchased to take an order value over $99

If you are a client of Doggy Daycare Farm Trips, you can pick up your order on the morning you drop your pup at the drop-off point.

*Some Sydney Metro areas are charged at Regional area rates depending on location.

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

No. The Butcher's Dog® food is frozen and our packaging is designed so that it will remain solid for about 4 hours. If you are not going to be at home, simply nominate a cool/shady place where we can leave your delivery out of the sun and away from your dog.

How long does it take from order to delivery?

We will deliver your order within 72 hours of order confirmation, although in some instances we will deliver the following day from your confirmed order. You will be notified in advance.
