To ensure a transparent relationship with all customers, the following Terms & Conditions are listed and apply to all TBD customers.
The Butcher’s Dog® (TBD) and the website thebutchersdog.com.au is owned by The Butchers Dogg Pty Ltd (ACN 609 864 128) trading as The Butchers Dogg (ABN 72 609 864 128).

ORDERS
Orders placed via must be fully paid prior to delivery. TBD will require certain information from you to complete delivery, such as name, email, and delivery address, Credit Card details etc. An individual customer enters their account details.
Payment for any order must be made by the account holder via the checkout facilities payment platforms within the website or by EFT directly into TBD nominated bank account. The Customer must have sufficient funds or credit available at the time of each transaction. After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from TBD.
We use this information for billing purposes and order clarification. The customer will be contacted via the contact details previously supplied to seek clarification if TBD encounters difficulty processing your order.
Prices may vary from time to time and can be adjusted at any time by TBD. The prices on the website will be the “current” price.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
If you are purchasing a subscription, by clicking ‘Place my order’, you confirm that your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription price according to the Order Summary section of this page until you cancel your subscription. You have the control to redirect your address, edit and even pause your subscription order at any time.
Subscription rates can be adjusted at any time in line with any rate adjustments for single Packs. Subscribers will not be advised of these price alterations.
SUBSCRIPTION ALTERATION CUT-OFF DATE
All Subscription Alterations, Pauses and Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to your subscription renewal date.
DELIVERY
Use our postcode checker to see if we deliver raw meals to your area.
Treats and Apothecary items shipped Australia wide.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from TBD containing your order details including the delivery address you have supplied. TBD delivery catchment for all Raw Frozen Free Flow Meals will be most Sydney districts. New delivery areas will be advised on the website thebutchersdog.com.au and advised via the T’s and C’s page. TBD delivery catchment for all other products, which are not frozen, will be all areas of Australia, serviced by Australia Post and normal courier services. It is not possible to alter delivery addresses once an order has been placed. If a set day has been stipulated for Frozen deliveries this cannot be altered.
TBD is not able to give absolute specific delivery times for product deliveries. Liability will not be accepted by TBD for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the customer delivery instructions, physical or financial damage of any kind. TBD will not replace or provide a refund for any orders placed by the customer if the customer orders a product by mistake. TBD will not replace or refund due to customer error. If the Customer is delivered an incorrect product TBD must be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact support@thebutchersdog.com.au
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason you receive a Frozen delivery in error, you must contact TBD at support@thebutchersdog.com.au within five (5) hours to arrange a delivery pick-up of that order. Failure to contact TBD within the stated time will deem the goods are spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery.
Should a customer or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to TBD premises. It is possible to approve a drop off to an address in the absence of the customer being at the delivery address. TBD will refund payment or replace the Frozen product in the event that there is a confirmed error on the part of TBD.

ALLERGIES
TBD accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a dog as a result of consuming a TBD Frozen product. It is recommended that all Frozen TBD products be in a thawed condition prior to your dog consuming. If you are unsure of your dog's reaction to any food to be consumed, you should make an informed decision prior to feeding your dog any food.
USE OF WEBSITE
You agree that you will only register one account as a user. Instances of multiple accounts per user will result in the additional accounts being closed, and any credits attached to that account will be cancelled.
You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Material on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.
The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by our licensors or us and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
