What's in it for me?

Can I opt out?

We hate being on a leash as much as dogs do. Pause or cancel anytime. We just ask for 1 week notice so we can ensure any changes are actioned.

Can I order just my dog's favourites?

All subscriptions are completely customisable. E.g: start out with a ‘Puppy Box’ or a ‘Transition Box’ and then customise subsequent orders to your dog’s preferences if needed.

What if I'm going on holiday?

Lucky you. Just log into your account, pause your subscription and choose a date you would like to resume receiving your order. We just ask for 1 week notice to ensure your changes have been actioned.

What if I need to cancel?

We’ll be sad to see you go but just log into your account and hit the ‘cancel my subscription’ button. We will need 1 week notice to ensure your order has not entered into our system and your cancellation has been actioned.

I don't know what to order?

We've done all the thinking and calculating for you. If you have a puppy, start with the ‘Puppy Box’. If your dog is transitioning from dry food then order the ‘Transition Box’. If you feel like a different mix of meals in every delivery, then choose the ‘Taster Box’. Each box comes with a feeding guide to help you with meal sizes and how to transition across.

Can I mix this raw food with my existing food?

Yes you can. The most important thing for your dog is incorporating some quality raw food in their bowl every day. So if that's what works for you and your dog, mix away.

Can I decide how often I receive my delivery?

YES! Our subscriptions are completely customisable so you can choose a delivery frequency that works for you. Fortnightly, monthly, every 6 weeks - it's up to you.

How long does it take for delivery?

We get it - you want food NOW. Most urban NSW deliveries arrive within 3 days of placing your order.

How will I know when my delivery will arrive?

Our support team sends you an email when your delivery is dispatched and you will receive updated texts on the day of delivery.
